The CSV-A8 is a split-core AC Current Sensor with adjustable threshold switch output to monitor when equipment turns on and off.
Just install the CSV-A8 around a current-carrying wire to the equipment you need to monitor and connect to a suitable data logger using the logger’s input cable. This UL-listed sensor with built-in on / off status lights offers an adjustable current threshold from 1.25 to 50 Amps.
- Can be used with any state channel on U9-001, UX90-001, UX120 or U11-001 loggers
- Installs around a current-carrying wire to provide a relay signal indications equipment on/off
- Adjustable threshold provides maximum application flexibility
- UL listed
- Amperage range: 0.5 to 175 Amps continuous
- Sensor supply voltage: Induced from monitored conductor, with no external power required
- Isolation: 600 VAC rms (max voltage when monitoring an un-insulated conductor
